Outlook 2003 should allow me to set Folder List as default view

Outlook 2003 should allow me to set the Folder List as the default within the
Navigation Pane. Each time I open Outlook, it shows the Mail category, even
though I always change to the Folder List.

You can do with if you update some *.ini file or something. I found out how
to do it with a Google search. I don't remember how I did it or what the
search was, but it was too difficult.
