Outlook 2003 show an envelope icon

Hi,

Does anyone know which registry control the user for "Show an enveloope icon
in the notification area" when new mail arrive in Outlook 2003. Or any
group policy control this.

Does this is machine based or user based in the roaming profile.

Please advise?
