Hi,
I recently upgraded to Office 2003 from Office XP. Now I
have major problems with Outlook 2003. When I "close"
Outlook 2003, the application still seems to run in the
background and it does close properly. The icon remains
in the task bar (although it does not respond when
clicked). When Windows Task Manager is opened, Outlook
2003 does not appear in the "Applications" tab, but it is
still visible in the "Processes" tab. When Microsoft
Office Application Recovery is opened, Outlook 2003 still
appears there as running. Closing it using Microsoft
Office Application Recovery does not work. "Re-opening"
Outlook 2003 after I have "closed" it causes major
problems - Outlook 2003 completely freezes and does not
respond. In this case, both Windows Task Manager and
Microsoft Office Application Recovery show multiple
copies of Outlook 2003 to be running. When I shut down
my PC, a window appears saying that
the "CiceroUIWndFrame" application is in the process of
closing and saving settings - but it does not, and I have
to shut in down completely, else my PC cannot shut down.
Any ideas what is the problem?
Thanks,
Marco
