Just purchased new laptop with XP Pro and Office 2003
Student and Teacher Edition. When I shutdown Outlook,
the icon in the System Tray remains displayed. When I
click on the icon a message pops up that Outlook is not
responding. When I go to Task Manager it shows that
OUTLOOK.EXE is still running, using no CPU and about 32M
of memory. I can start another Outlook session (Task
Manager shows 2 OUTLOOK's running) and then shut it down,
but I still have the problem with the original OUTLOOK
process still running. Can someone tell me how to fix
this problem?
