Outlook 2003 shutting computer down

Background: Client computer is WXPro SP2 using Outlook 2003 SP1 connecting to
SBS Exchange Server 2003.

When the user tries to move an e-mail from the Inbox to a user created
sub-folder, the computer shuts down immediately. No blue screen, no error
message, the screen just goes to black and locks-up. Any ideas? I set-up
another computer w/ the same settings - same errors.

Is the subfolder in the mailbox or a personal folder? Are you running AV
software? Are their any errors in the event log?

The sub-folders are in the mailbox - not pst's. I've tried turning off the AV
- still same problem. I thought it my be a corrupt inbox, but everything
works find using the Web based e-mail - user can move e-mails around with no
problem
