Outlook 2003 Signature

When I create my signature with advanved edit and save as an rtf file, the
picture added during advanced edit does not show on other computers running
Outlook 2003 or Outlook Express 6.2 etc. If I send it back to myself it
shows properly.
Any help would be appreciated
