Outlook 2003 Signatures

Eric

Hello, I recently had my Outlook 2003 re-installed. I used to be able to go
to insert>signature and select which signature I want to insert into an email
message. I no longer see this option and can't seem to find it. I want to
be able to chose which signature I want to insert after writing an email. I
don't simply want the same signature on every email.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Hi Eric,

I believe that was prior to OL 2003, there was the Signature Picker.

In 2003, right click somewhere in the inserted default signature. A
shortcut selection will appear. Select the signature you want. The
default signature will be replaced by the alternate that you selected.

Terry, thanks for the response! Is there a way to insert a signature from
within an email? Here is the deal... normally, I do not want to use my full
signature, but on occasion I would like to insert it after I type up an
email. Basically, I don't want to turn on a signature to be auto-inserted to
every message. I would like to be able to easily insert it though when
needed without having to copy and paste it from a previous email.

Thanks

Easily done if you're using the Outlook editor. Almost as easily done if
you're using Word as your editor. IN the former case, just create your
signatures and then use the SIgnature button in the Standard toolbar to insert
it. If using Word, every account must have a default signature, even if it's
minimal. I recommend a single line containing two hyphens and a space.
Create your other signatures as well. Word will insert your default
signature, but you can right-click it and choose another.
