Outlook 2003 Slow opening emails with attachments

Does anyone know any issues with Outlook 2003 with opening emails with
attachments, they are taking between 10 and 40 seconds to open on one
machine (others with exactly same software set up are fine)

Laptop using XP Pro, Office 2003. All updates and patches on.

Nothing I can see is running in background to slow it down and no
information in event viewer except "Outlook hang".
