Outlook 2003 slow with SP2

Hi,

I have many problems because our client with Outlook 2003 Sp2 are very slow.
Is impossible to work and the program in VBA are very, very slow. We work
with Exchange 2000 server and client Outlook 2002/2003. Outlook 2002 is OK
while Outlook 2003 ..........

Please resolve the problem.
