users who are working on one of Citrix servers ( citirix server a )
experiencing delay when typing a new message, meaning the characters being
displayed one by one slowly, intermittently. and no issue when writing on
excel or other activities.
other users who are working on different citrix server (citrix server b )
but using the same exchange server don't have the same experiences, both
servers having about 30 - 35 users at most
users on both citrix servers don't use Ms. Word as e-mail editor. The citrix
servers are MPS 4.0 R03 running on Windows 2003 SP1, all patches are
up-to-date.
it's on IBM X3550, quad core proc with 4GB RAM.
what i noticed is the %C1 Time processor usage and % Registry Quota in Use
on "citrix server a" is higher than on "citrix server b". in addition to it,
the "Check spelling as you type" on Ms. Word is uncheck.
can anyone advise what else could be wrong?
thanks!
