Here we go.
New HP machine for a business - came with Office 2007 Pro - 60 day trial.
Exchange 2003 - no pop -
Issue is I removed/uninstalled the 2007 Office trial.
They are an OFFICE 2003 Shop - installed the upgrade - had the Office 2000 CD.
Went through the install - email worked yesterday. All settings are set -
RPC, etc.
When the user tried to access her email - she was OFFLINE - not sure if has
anything to do with it.
I set it back to Connected - and her email is sent and received. However,
if she would click on send and receive, the dialog SEND/Receive details box
remains open and the time just keeps escalating - 20, 30, 40, 50 seconds and
will never close.
Any help is appreciated. Her mailbox.pst is sitting at 2.3gb.
All office updates have been applied - XP Pro SP2 - help please and thanks.
