Outlook 2003 SP1 Causes System to Freeze

I'm having a problem with system freeze since installing Outlook SP and
Windows XP SP2. I have isolated it to Outlook 2003 - at lease I think that's
it, no other programs wer running. No keys, etc work. I have to unplug the
computer to power off and recycle. Has anyone else had this problem? If so,
what did you to do fix it? Thanks.

Did you clean your system of spyware prior to installing
XP2? If not, do it now. Download, install, update and scan
with Ad-aware SE Personal: http://www.lavasoftusa.com

Chuck,
Yes. I ran both the lavasoft and adware. Have been for a few months now.
I can't be 100 percent certain that it's Outlook related, but when it
happened this morning, I re-booted and Outlook was the only program running
(other than Norton Firewall, Norton AV) when it locked up again. I was
hoping there was some kind of repair or test file that I could run. Thanks.

Dan,

Choose Detect and Repair from the Help drop down menu. Have
your CD ready

Chuck,
Had a couple more freezes yesterday, so I got the CD ready and ran the
detect and repair this morning. We'll see how it works. Thanks for the help.
