Outlook 2003 SP1 upgrade to SP2 error

Hi all,
I have an administrative installation of Outlook 2003 SP1 (built with
Microsoft Office 2003 Resource kit Custum Installation Wizard). The
installation is working so that's not an issue...
I've followed the article:
htp://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011525741033.aspx
but i cant get the SP2 MSP file to integrate in my administrative
install share.
The commandline i run is:
C:\sp2>msiexec /p mainsp2ff.msp /a c:\o23org\OUTLS11.MSI /qb /lv*
o23orglog.log
and the error i receive is:
You have not entered a valid CD key..
So what am i doing wrong here? Do i have to put the path to my .MST
file (containing the CD key) or what?

You cannot apply the SP2 patch to the Outlook msi.
Your commandline is correct but you should apply the patch to the Office
msi. (like "pro11.msi")
