Outlook 2003 SP2 - Cannot right click on e-mail

Hi,

I have a very odd problem with a specific user who cannot 'right click' on
any emails in the inbox/sent/other folders.

The right click works on all other elements of Outlook i.e. calanders,
headers.

I've completely un-installed and re-installed Office 2003 and all the SP's
and updates but the problem wtill exists.

Anyone have any ideas?
