Outlook 2003 SP2 - Cant Open Emails

Hi, i use the above Email system and it was working fine until i moved house.
Once i got my computer all hooked up i have realised that i can open outlook
but i cant open any emails. It give this message - Cant open this item. Out
of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again.

Can anyone help, thanks.

Does it work when you start Outlook in safe mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe
