Outlook 2003 SP2 reply to a reply error

Hi

We have come across a strange problem in Outlook 2003 SP2 running on XP. One
account has a problem where any email she replies to that I sent, not sure
if this happens to all users she replies to at least some, I can not reply
to. I get the following error "A required action was not successful due to
an unspecified error". This only happens if she replies. If she send me an
email I can reply but if she replies to my reply I can not reply again I get
the above error message. Any ideas ?
