I'm using Business Contact Manager, and often use tasks that are linked to
Opportunities for project management purposes. In the task view, I've tried
to group my tasks by opportunity by customizing to group by "Opportunity
Title", but all tasks continue to be listed under the "Opportunity Title
(none)" heading. Essentially, I'd like my task view to show what the
"Business Tasks List" report shows (tasks listed by opportunity), but the
"Opportunity Title" field isn't being recognized in the task view. Am I
trying to do something that Outlook can't do?
