Outlook 2003 SP3 - Constant flickering Egg Timer

Hi

One of my users has just updated to SP3 after installation he has found that
when open his Outlook constantly flickers and the Mouse pointer flickers
between egg timer and arrow.

SP3 has been pushed out from Windows Server Update Services 3.0 on our LAN,
no other users have the same problem.

Any thoughts on how to quell the flickering?
