Outlook 2003 SP3 message body disappears in sent messages

Outlook 2003 SP3 message body disappears in sent messages. In Sent Items the
message body is blank, the recipient receives the same blank message,
attachments remain on the message if sent.

We are running Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 clients through Terminal
Server. One of our users has had this problem many times, but other users
have also had the same problem.

Anyone have any ideas?

Are you running AVG as your antivirus by any chance? Did you try
running Detect & Repair? (Help menu)

We are running Avast Antivirus, I have disabled the scanning of outbound
emails but have had the problem before and after.

I will try the Detect & Repair as soon as I can restart the server to
install it
