Outlook 2003 SP3 - POP3 account problem

Hey all

I have a strange issue with 1 user running Outlook 2003 SP3.
On Windows XP SP2.

They have 3 accounts on this computer, 1 exchange account and 2 pop3
accounts.
One of the pop3 accounts will stop allowing send and receive and you have to
close outlook and reopen. Then it works for a while. days or hours.. there
is not set pattern and then you get the send receive error and have to close
and re-open outlook.

any one heard of such a thing?

I've recreated the mail profile and that didn't help
any ideas?
