Outlook 2003 (SP3) won't accept my product key from the back of m.

Downloaded/installed Office SP3, but Outlook 2003 prompted for product key
(yellow box on back of CD case). I'm getting message it's invalid! What to
do?

There is no SP-3 for Office/Outlook 2003.

Thank you. This is very special information, especially considering that I
went to Microsoft's Office Update site and it went "out there" to detect
what I needed to install. Up popped SP3, despite my owning and having
installed OfficeXP Pro!

How very strange.

BTW, I solved my problem by uninstalling office (having to delete a bunch of
stuff in regedit first) and reinstalling from the CD. Works fine now. I
won't be using Office Update anymore.

Milly, just to clarify, this is SP3 to Office XP, not 2003. SP3 did replace
Outlook 2002 with Outlook 2003.

I am confused - No SP updates any program to a later version. Do you have
Office XP, 2003, or a mix? Are you using a PDA with Outlook 2003? The only
way you would be offered the Office XP SP-3 is if you are running a 2002
application, such as Front Page or Publisher, which are not included in
Office 2003.
