Hi - we have a machine - Windows XP SP2 with Office 2003 SP3 that suddenly
keeps opening Outlook in offline mode. I confirmed that the "Work Offline"
option under file is checked. So I uncheck it and it connects to the
Exchange server fine and works properly.
The problem? Every time he closes/opens Outlook the Work Offiline option is
checked again. He's the only user this is happening to. And considering
he's 3 levels up my management chain, I'd like to fix this for him so Outlook
opens connected!
Any idea/suggestions are appreciated!
