Outlook 2003 -Spacing

When I start a new mail message the default before spacing is 10 pt and I
always have to to into Format/Paragraph and change the Before spacing to 0 pt
otheriwse there is too much spacing between paragraphs. I went into
Tools/options to see if there was a default setting to change that to 0 pt,
but had not luck. Can you tell me how to change this default setting to 0 pt
for before spacing?

Does anyone know the answer to this because it is very frustrating to have to
change the spacing on emails.
