Outlook 2003 Spam

Like most of us I get lots of spam. I have been using "tools" to both block
senders and "rules" to look for specific words.
Let's say I want Outlook to find pfizer or watches. I put those specific
words into rules and it seems to work for acouple of days but then I get
emails with pfizer and watches back in the header.
Also, is there an amount of names I can block before the file overflows? If
so, what is that number and if I exceed that number how do I know that I have
done so?
