Outlook 2003 Spontaneously Changing the Mail Fields it Shows - Hel

My husband runs Office 2003 on an XP Pro SP 2 machine (SP 3 was a disaster!).

For the past several weeks, he opens Outlook and finds that his inbox is
showing the “To†field, but not the “From†field. He knows who it’s to – it’s
his inbox! – he needs to know who they’re from. The same thing is happening
with the sent file. It shows the “Sender†field (my husband), not who he sent
it to.

We correct it in views, but then it spontaneously reverts to these crazy
fields at some later point.

We’ve done all the updates. Have you heard of this before? Is there a fix??

I don’t even know how to describe it to find any decent information in web
searches.

Try resetting all your view by starting Outlook with the cleanviews switch
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /cleanview
(Note the space in the command line)
