[Outlook 2003] Starting Outlook from command line

Hi, is there a command line to start outlook, so if outlook is already
started, it does not start a new outlook but just give focus to existing one
?

It does this if I hit the mail button of my keyboard. Any way to have such a
behaviour from command line ?

Try the /recycle switch. Also, if you go into Outlook's Help, and type
"command line switches", you'll get the full listing.
