I'm running Office 2003 on an XP box fully patched. I
cannot launch Outlook 2003. Recieve an error:
"Failed to start correctly last time...would you like to
start in safe mode?" Either YorN response produces an
Outlook error "Office Outlook has encountered a problem
and needs to close..." The error report looks like this:

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the entire Office 2003
suite and recieve the same errors. I would love some help.
