Outlook 2003 Student and Teachers Edition

I use the Apple Ipod and had successfully downloaded my Outlook contacts and
calender info. However, several months ago after an automatic upgrade of the
Ipods operating system, I was no longer able to download that info. No one
at Apple was able to help me. Does anyone out there have a solution?

Do you get any error messages? What exactly happens when you try? Did you
also update itunes?
