We have around 120 computer users. Everyday I have to deal with this at
least once.
An Outlook 2003 client will switch itself to work offline mode. Uncheck
work offline and it connects right away. This happens with laptops and
dekstops.
I heard the excuses. "The computer lost connection to the Exchange Server."
OK fine. Why doesn't Outlook try to connect again? Like when you unplug
the ethernet cable and then plug it back in, Outlook reconnects. Or stop
services on Exchange. Bring them back up and Bam, Outlook reconnects.
Is there a timeout value I can disable to change to 238946239847629346?
I'm sick of this.
