Outlook 2003 Sync Permission

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have Outlook 2003 and use the Creative Labs Sync Manager to sync my
Contact Data.
Each time I synchronise I am presented with a dialogue box from Outlook
asking for permission.
Is there any way to permanently allow the Sync software access to Outlook or
disable the prompt ?

The Sync Manager isn't written correctly.

Is there any way to permanently allow the Sync software access to
Outlook or disable the prompt ?
