Outlook 2003 synch error on offline address book

When synchronising I get error number 0X8004010F: The operation failed, an
object could not be found. The synch log shows the following:

14:38:48 Synchronizer Version 11.0.6352
14:38:48 Synchronizing Mailbox 'Vince Howard'
14:38:48 Done
14:38:48 Microsoft Exchange offline address book
14:38:48 0X8004010F

Can anybody shed any light on why I'm getting this error?
