Outlook 2003; System Tray

Question on how Outlook functions, since I just set up a new computer.

When I minimize Outlook, I don't want it to show up on my task bar. I just
want the icon in the system tray which I can double click to reopen.

R click the icon in the systray and check "Hide When Minimized"

Never mind, I found it. You just right click on the icon in the system tray
and it gives you that option.
