Outlook 2003 Task Reporting Utility

J

Joe

Does anyone know of any Outlook add-ons that would allow me to run reports on
the status of tasks on Outlook 2003 (or an Exchange 2003 public folder?)

I know that MS Project is one way to do this, but I'm hoping there is a
cheaper alternative than buying a Project license.

Thanks,
Joe

Quick and dirty method:

1. Use a table view to display all the data fields that you want to export to Excel.
2. Choose Edit | Select All.
3. Choose Edit | Copy.
4. Paste to Excel.
5. Make pivot tables in Excel.
