Outlook 2003 Tasks & Autocomplete

System Config: Windows XP SP1, Office 2003 Pro (fully patched)

Question: When creating a new task, is there a way for the categories field
to use Autocomplete so that the user can simply type "Bu" and get to
"Business" or "Per" and get to "Personal"?

The same question applies to the Date fields - can you make is so that the
calendar popup automatically comes up when the user tabs into that field?
