Have a client with issues with his *.oft template for Outlook 2003. He
creates a new template which is just a general one with text only and saves
it to his desktop. When he launches it the *.oft opens as an attachment, we
have tested on several other Office 2003 computers and the *.oft opens as the
main email text as it should. Any suggestions?
