Outlook 2003; "The operation failed. An object could not be found"

I have a "ghost" folder in my Outlook (after trying to archive, making a new
file etc..) This ghost folder I want to remove, which is impossible.

Some advices me to remove the unwanted folder from / via Reg Edit, but I am
too great a coward to even try.

Any??
