outlook 2003 to 2007 calendar categories

Hi I'm hoping someone can help me.

I am trying to upgrade my 2003 to 2007 but I have lost my categories that I
had set up in 2003 version. They have not been kept when I brought it into
the new version, (a new machine just opening the old file on it). Very
frustrating and I don't want to have to go back and recategorise years of
appointments etc.
