Outlook 2003 to 2007 change

Hi,

I have a user who in Outlook 2003, could select a recipient for an
email and once the name had been 'checked', she could right click on
the name and see information from active directory, ie, their phone
numbers. Since the move to 2007, she can no longer do this. Anyone
know how to get this feature back?

Thanks!

What happens when she tries? From where is this user right clicking on the email recipient name?

She sees some of of the recipient information, email address, username
etc. But she claims she used to have options to call the user at
their phone number(s) etc.
