outlook 2003 to 2007 conversion

we are in the process of doing a hardware refresh. All computers are XP sp2
with office 2003. The new computers are going to be XP sp2 with Office 2007.
Does anyone know how to migrate the office settings particulary the Outlook
profile and settings? I have been trying to use USMT but am having problems
loading data onto the new computer. Any help you can give would be
appreciated.
