Outlook 2003 to Entourage

I've been using Outlook now for several years and with my Pocket PC,
has been an essential part of my life, since I am incredibly forgetful.
I've just recently bought a new Macbook and Office 2004 for Mac,
however, I cannot find a way to transfer the whole of my calendar into
Entourage as they use different file formats. I have found a way to
transfer the calendar into a vCard format and iCal successfully
imported it. However, Entourage opens it just fine, but it only opens
it as the first appointment. I cannot transfer my appointments one by
one as I have a tad too many to do that.

And if you still have questions, post on the Entourage group--much more
traffic by people who will have dealt with similar questions.

PS. It's not clear from your post, but if you already got all your
appointments into iCal, you may be able to sync iCal to Entourage.
