Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007

Hello group,

(I posted this before, but to microsoft.public.outlook, which may be
an invalid group as it has disappeared. I am reposting here, with the
replies and a follow-up. I have also corrected "Outlook 2008" to
"Outlook 2007")

My question:

Does anyone know if there is a way to convert labels to categories in
the calendar in Outlook 2007?

In Outlook 2003 I created calendar entries and attached labels. I have
now imported the PST to Outlook 2007 and will be using categories for
the same purpose. I would like to be able to move the old items over
to using categories, once I have defined them all. Is this possible?

I just added categories whose names and colors matched the labels I
was using.

The issue with this is that the old labels cannot be searched over (as
far as I can see), but I will be able to search over the new
categories applied to new appointments/items.

I would like to be able to search over all my data, both old and new,
by category.
