OUTLOOK 2003 Today date is the wrong date?

Problem:

When starting OUTLOOK 2003 with the "OUTLOOK TODAY" as the
start-up window. The calendar is shown with the "today"
items. However it isn't today's (28 Dec) appointments it
is the 31st of Dec appointments.

THe correct date is shown in the window, the computer date
is correct. I've opened the appointments and changed the
date, then change it back and it still shows up in the
28th for an appointment for the 31st.

I've ran the repair function for OUTLOOK, no change.

Dang if I know??? ANy suggestions?
