I have a client that recently had Outlook 2003 setup on her computer. On her
previous install (Also 2003, old computer crashed) she would request a read
receipt for every email that she sent out. After receiving any of these
receipts a tracking tab listing who had read the email would appear on the
original sent item. I have not been able to get the tracking tab to work
again and am not sure why. I have her sending out messages in Rich Text
format. Everyone she is emailing is using Outlook 2003 and they have their
accounts setup to automatically send a read receipt. She does receive the
receipts, her account is setup to automatically process the receipts upon
delivery and they are supposed to be moved to a certain folder after
processing, but they do not. Any help on the matter would be greatly
appreciated.
