I am having difficulties with my Outlok Enterprise edition. A Microsoft Rep
unistalled it using the Install Clean Up tool and manually deleting the
registry entries. While awaiting my new Cd 9previous one is scratched), I
was told to utilize the free Trial software available for download. However,
while attempting to use Outlook, I receive the following error: "The
Operation failed due to a registry or installation problem. Restart Outlook
and try again. If the problem persists, please reinstall." I have done all
of the above and still encounter this problem when attmeping to open the
Tools -> Email Accounts menu. Additionally, although all the menu choices
appear to be active, clicking on many of them does NOTHING, including the
Data File Management menu.
