Outlook 2003 trial version print spooler is eating memory, CPU

I am running the 60-day trial version of Outlook 2003 on Winodws 2000. After
printing a document (successfully), the computer beings to slow down and I
get messages that virtual memory is getting low. Task manager shows the print
spooler is taking 40-50% of the CPU?
