We are an environment with about 220 machines, Outlook 2003 all service
packs and patches applied. We have rolled out a new image to about 80 users
and a very small minority are having an issue with Outlook just "encountering
an error and needing to close" even if they are not working in it. (minimized)
Just for the record we are using a document manangement software that
directly integrates with the tree and might be the root cause.
My question is this.....Other than event viewer in control panel -->
administrative tools, where can I go, what can I set for Outlook logging to
try and capture what is precipitating this crash.
