Outlook 2003 - Turning off links

My email client is Outlook 2003. I have configured a few email pop accounts.

I wish to know that if i turned on links in a message how can I turn it off
again [ie is the default setting].

I couldnt find any way to turn off links in a message after I have turned it
ON.

You can't - it is a one time authorization. You could try moving the mail to the Junk Mail folder but even then, it may not work since you have already authorized it.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
