Outlook 2003 (Two Exchange email addresses)

What is the appropriate way to setup a user (Outlook 2003/Exchange
Server 2003/SBS 2003) so that they can receive their OWN email (which
is working) and a GENERIC email account (like (e-mail address removed))?

PS: They need to be able to tell WHO the email was addressed to and
when they REPLY it needs to come from the user (if originally sent to
the user) or the generic account (if originally sent to the generic
account).

I'm assuming you mean to add a user for the GENERIC email address,
then use permissions?

The generic email address is a mailbox or only a contact? How do you have it
configured?

Linked to what? An address on its own cannot exist.

It's currently a POP account (through our web host). But, I want to
set it up the correct way to accomplish the following...

Outlook 2003/Exchange Server 2003/SBS 2003
User can receive their OWN email (which is working) and a GENERIC
email account (like (e-mail address removed))?

PS: They need to be able to tell WHO the email was addressed to and
when they REPLY it needs to come from the user (if originally sent to
the user) or the generic account (if originally sent to the generic
account).

In that case it is easiest to create a new AD object (user) and assign it a
mailbox with the generic address. When users add that mailbox to their own
folder list they will automatically reply with the generic address. Make
sure they have the correct permissions; see my link in my first post.
