Outlook 2003 two page monthly printing

Forgive me if this is redundant, but I've been searching all over the net for
a way to print a two-page one month view from Outlook 2003 that does not
compress the weekends or cut a day out of the week (I need to print all 7
days for a church calendar). Help!

(This works with my Franklin-Covey plug-in, but my secretary, who keeps the
church calendar, does not have or need this plug-in.)

the printing options are the same in all copies of the same version - so if
you both have 2003, she should have it. Are weekends compressed in her
calendar view? If so, right click on the calendar and choose other options -
remove the check from compress and it should print as expected.

http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp has other printing tools
which may meet your needs better - specifically one of the word templates.

Diane,

I very much appreciate the prompt reply, but the problem still exists. If I
want to display each day of the month equally and print out, e.g., April 2008
in the two page letter format, one of the days of the week is cut off, even
if I begin my week with a day other than Sunday or Monday.

I have Franklin-Covey's "Plan Plus" for Outlook and when I print from
"print" under the "Plan Plus" tab, select "monarch" and two page output I get
all seven days equally. Again, when printing straight from Outlook itself it
cuts off a day of the week or compresses the weekends, even if I do not have
that selected.

Thanks for any help you can offer!
