Hi,
We run into the following problem.
Office 2000 is already installed. We are using Outlook 2000 w/ Exchange
Server.
We are in the process of upgrading to Outlook 2003 SP2.
The trouble is that after the upgrade, the user is not able to open other
user's calendar.
It will yeld a message such as "Connection to Microsoft Exchange server is
not available. Outlook must be online or connected to perform this task."
If the user uses an Outlook 2000 (SR1-SP3), she will still be able to open
other's calendar.
It doesn't make difference if the othe user is using OL2000 or OL2003.
It has been reproduced on many computers.
I tried the following : I installed Outlook 2003 on a brand new computer
(freshly re-imaged).
The user was able to open each and every other calendars on which he had
permissions.
On a computer which exhibit the problem, I tried to recreate the user
profile (Messaging as well as Windows). It doesn't help.
Outlook 2003 is installed as well as directly from a CD or from an
administrative point (build using ORK tools).
Is this problem known ? How to fix it ?
Thanks,
